Premier League MW 37

Watford 0 vs. 4 Man City

Sterling scored 2 while Foden and Laporte added the rest as City won comfortably at Watford. Watford now go into the final day in the relegation zone and needing fortune to favour them if they are to survive. 

Aston Villa 1 vs. 0 Arsenal

Trezeguet scored a brilliant volley in the 27th minute as Villa got 3 massive points against Arsenal and climbed out of the relegation zone on goal difference. Villa’s fate is now in their hands as a win on the final day would surely guarantee them safety. Any hopes of Arsenal reaching the Europa League came to an end with the loss. 

Man United 1 vs. 1 West Ham

United needed a win to go 2 points clear of Chelsea but they could only manage a draw against West Ham with the point sealing the Hammers safety. Antonio scored a penalty right before half time while Greenwood equalised in the 51st minute. United now go into the final day with fate in their hands against Leicester.

Serie MW 35

Atalanta 1 vs. 0 Bologna

Muriel scored in the 62nd minute as Atalanta could only manage the one goal against Bologna. Atalanta climbed back into 2nd 6 points behind Juventus while Bologna sit 11th in the table.

Sassuolo 1 vs. 2 AC Milan

Ibrahimovic gave Milan the lead in the 19th minute as Caputo equalised for Sassuolo in the 42nd minute via a penalty. Ibrahimovic then restored Milan’s lead before half time while Bourabia was sent off for Sassuolo before half time as well. Milan held on for the 3 points. Sassuolo remain 8th while Milan go from strength to strength and enter 6th and a Europa League place. 

Parma 2 vs. 1 Napoli

A game of penalties as Caprari scored one before half time to give Parma the lead. Insigne scored one in the 53rd minute to equalise for Napoli while Kulusevski scored the final one in the 87th minute to seal the win for Parma. Parma sit 12th while Napoli drop into 7th 3 points behind Milan. 

Torino 1 vs. 1 Verona

Borini scored a penalty in the 56th minute for Verona but Zaza equalised for Torino in the 67th minute. Torino sit 16th while Verona sit 9th.

SPAL 1 vs. 6 AS Roma

Kalinic gave Roma the lead in the 10th minute before Cerri equalised for SPAL in the 24th minute. Roma though went on a rampage with Perez, Kolarov, and Zaniolo scoring goals and Bruno Peres scoring 2. Roma sit 5th while SPAL are already relegated.

Lecce 3 vs. 1 Brescia

Lapadula scored two goals in the first half to give Lecce the lead while Dessena got one back for Brescia in the 2nd half. Saponara though sealed the win for Lecce in the 70th minute. Lecce remain 18th 4 points behind Genoa while Brescia are relegated. 

Inter Milan 0 vs. 0 Fiorentina

Inter missed yet another chance to cut the gap to Juventus as they drew against Fiorentina. Inter drop down to 3rd while Fiorentina sit 10th.

Sampdoria 1 vs. 2 Genoa

Criscito gave Genoa the lead in the 22nd minute but Gabbiadini equalised 10 minutes later for Sampdoria. Lerager grabbed the winner for Genoa though in the 72nd minute. Sampdoria sit 14th while Genoa remain above the relegation zone 4 points clear.

Udinese 2 vs. 1 Juventus

Juventus could have all but sealed the title with a win but Udinese spoiled the party. De Ligt scored in the 42nd minute to give Juventus the lead but Nestorovski scored in the 52nd minute to equalise. Fofana then grabbed the winner in the 92nd minute to give Udinese a big win. Udinese sit 15th while Juventus remain top 6 points clear of Atalanta.

Lazio 2 vs. 1 Cagliari

Simeone scored right before half time to give Cagliari the lead but Lazio came back in the 2nd half. Milinkovci-Savic scored in the 47th minute and Immobile scored the winner in the 60th minute. Lazio sit 4th in the table while Cagliari are 13th.
