Southampton 2 vs. 0 Newcastle

Che Adams scored in the 7th minute while Armstrong scored late in the 2nd half to cap off a solid win for Southampton. Southampton move into 4th with the win while Newcastle drop down to 13th with the loss.

Everton 1 vs. 3 Man United

Bernard scored in the 19th minute to give Everton the lead as it looked like it would be another loss for United. Fernandes though equalised for United in the 25th minute and gave United the lead in the 32nd minute after some poor defending from Everton. Cavani then got a 3rd in the 95th minute as Ole once again comes away safe from the brink of a sacking. Salah scored in the 13th minute to give Liverpool the lead via the penalty spot. Jesus equalised for City in the 31st minute in what was an exciting 1st half. There were several chances for both teams and some injuries as well. The 2nd half was pretty boring while the poor Manchester weather also contributed to it. City remain 10th in the table while Liverpool drop down to 3rd a point behind Leicester.

Arsenal 0 vs. 3 Aston Villa

Arsenal were flying high after beating Man United last weekend but were brought crashing back down by Villa who needed the win.
